Domestic Helpers Flea Market
On the occasion of
International Domestic Workers' Day
16th of June is the International Domestic Workers' Day.
Our Migrant Domestic Workers (MDWs) a.k.a helpers are an integral and crucial part of many families in Singapore and help run our lives smoothly. Last 2 years were as tough on them as us. They could not travel back home or even take weekends off.
To celebrate their contributions and to give them a day of fun, ADEO (Alliance of Domestic Employees Outreach) and Big At Heart have come together and arranged a Domestic Helpers Flea Market on 19th June (details will be posted here next week).
We seek your help to donate below items that are new or preloved-but-in-great-condition that can be included in the flea market
📢 In celebration of International Domestic Workers Day, ADEO is organising Flea Market with A Heart - a mini carnival to celebrate and appreciate the contribution of our migrant domestic workers! Big At Heart is supporting it by owning the flea market items collection & management, zumba demo, snacks distribution etc.
